Culture and Chill Zones

I propose dividing Marienhof into three distinct, equally sized zones. One will feature an entrance to the Marienhof underground station with rental bikes. Another will offer a tranquil space with trees and picnic seating. The third zone will be dedicated to cultural events like live music. All areas will be connected by aesthetically pleasing pathways, and signage will be updated, incorporating Bavarian and Munich flags.
